We offer free shipping to our UK customers. Shipping upgrades are available.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally on our Etsy store. However, this website is just for UK customers.

How long do orders take to be shipped?
All our items are made-to-order and usually take 1-3 working days to be shipped.

Are 3D printed items safe for aquariums?
We use PLA and PLA+ filament with our 3D printed items. Though some stores will advertise such items as being aquarium safe, these filaments can breakdown over time when continually submerged in water, therefore we would not recommend using them in aquariums unless coated in an aquarium-safe sealant.

Are returns accepted?
Since all our items are made-to-order, we don't generally accept returns, however, if there is a problem with your order, please get in contact and we will do our best to fix it.

Can I cancel my order?
Production usually starts quite quickly after your order is placed, so if you feel you've made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please get in contact within 12 hours.
